  • Washing eyes with lukewarm water prevents cataracts.
  • Drink water half an hour after meals to avoid forming of acid. It is helpful for heart patients too.
  • Be an early riser and get refreshed by completing morning routines and duties. Do daily work precisely and maintain regularity with sincerity.
  • Never wake up anyone from sleep abruptly or by making noise.
  • Do not suppress urination and defecation.
  • Always maintain a clean and healthy body to keep the mind happy and others too.
  • Always change work clothes and wash hands, feet, and face after returning home from work.
  • Openly expressing feelings of illness is always a wise practice to follow.
  • Cultivating our mind with sincerity and determination yields knowledge and strength just as churning milk yields butter.
  • As the sunflower follows the direction of the sun, so you should always follow the direction time. Sticking to a given word and being punctual at work is always appreciated as a skill.
